Program-based independent shared living for Participants seeking affordable housing, stability, and a supportive path forward.
Serving Veterans, seniors, individuals in recovery, re-entry Participants, and adults seeking stable, affordable housing with structure and access to resources.

Impact Living™ is a housing program providing affordable independent shared living
options for adults who benefit from structure, accountability, and access to resources. This is non-medical, non-institutional housing designed to support long-term stability and independence.

Clean, well-maintained homes designed to promote safety, comfort, and stability.

Clear routines and expectations that support accountability and independence.

This program is not assisted living, medical housing, or residential care.

Participants have access to transportation, community programs, and referral-based support.

A safe, substance-free home for adults committed to sobriety and wellness.
A stable home for adults transitions back into the community.
Participants must:
• Be ambulatory
• Be cognitively stable for independent or shared living
• Be able to follow house expectations
• Complete application and readiness review
• Meet income or program participation requirements
Placement is based on availability and program fit.
Complete the online housing application.
Submit ID and income verification documents.
Attend your virtual or in-person interview.
Receive your move-in decision and next steps.
Participants have access to the Impact Reset Network for life-skills support, mental wellness tools, coaching, therapy, technology assistance, and community referrals. Services are optional and available to anyone who wants additional support.
Through Impact Rides, participants can access safe, reliable, and affordable transportation for appointments, errands, shopping, programs, and community activities.

We work with senior programs, behavioral health providers, re-entry agencies, recovery programs, and community organizations to provide safe and stable supportive housing for adults in every season of life.

Walk-In Wednesdays welcome families, individuals, and community partners for care, resources, housing, transportation, and support. Partners Lunch & Learn every 3rd Wednesday, 11:30–1:30.
